CAR PARKING AT DE BRUS PLAYING FIELDS

Bellway Homes have commenced their building project and so we can only park on the Community Centre side; however we MUST NOT park in the area at the front of the Community Centre ( see photo), Monday to Thursday, between 6-9pm.We can park the other side of the two large cones midweek. it will allow us to park the maximum of 26 cars. Please show consideration for users of the Centre and local residents when attending training sessions

When our season starts, we can use both areas at weekends, at present the capacity for parking here is approximately 46 cars.

When our season starts there will be alternative parking at Skelton Civic Hall, at the following address; We would ask all visiting teams to use this as an alternative, it is a five minute walk down to our ground, please give due consideration for residents.

Cancellation of home games

The pitch inspection will be conducted jointly by the Team Manager and Committee member, if there is a difference of opinion as to wether the game should be played, the Match Official will be called out early to inspect the pitch.

Our Club will attempt to play games whenever possible, and we will inspect, check weather conditions and leave the decison to the morning of the game, in an attempt to allow the fixture to take place.

If our ground is not fit to play on, we wouldask thateach team consider playing it at their opponents ground.

We are looking to avoid fixture congestion, if at all possible.

If the game cannot go ahead, the following must be contacted;

Parents/Players

Referee.

Divisional Co-ordinator

Youmust also submit the match report, outlining the reasons the game was cancelled.
